1) GENERAL:

• 1.1 It contains minimum technical characteristics for lifting, hauling and stacking at desired points in a safe and damage free manner of the automobiles parked inappropriately on Turkish highways and local traffic.
• 1.2 Forklift shall be standard group and made of well-known, reputed components and of latest model that the manufacturer produces.

2) MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP:

• All materials, utilized in the manufacturing shall be complying with such kind of productions and of best quality.

3) STANDARDS AND CODES:

• Forklifts shall be designed and manufactured, in conformity with DIN, FEM, BS standards, codes and rules.

4) PERFORMANCES:

• 4.1 The machinery, to be delivered under the terms of this specification shall be produced at constant and continuous working conditions which are not less than 3000 hours per year at minimum.
• 4.2 Constant safe load capacity shall be 2000 kg at maximum on load center of 900 mm.
• 4.3 The equipment shall be manufactured in compliance with driveshaft capacities of undercarriage.
• 4.4 The vehicle loading/discharging operation shall be accomplished in 40 sec within operator's skill.

5) SIZES / DIMENSIONS

• 5.1 The approximate dimensions of lateral forklift shall be in the vicinity of 6000 x 2500 mm.
• 5.2 The lifting height of fork system shall be 1800 mm. at minimum.
• 5.3 The forks upon fork system shall be manufactured, so to be able to move freely in both directions and thus the lifting height in indoor spaces shall be 1800 mm. at minimum.
• 5.4 The utilizable fork length shall be 1950 mm.
• 5.5 The height of the equipment shall be 3750 mm. at maximum.
